Careerly provides a general remote-work application service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.
The service may collect one profile for manual consideration across potentially suitable opportunities and may let you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp after a successful submission.
2. No specific vacancy or guaranteed outcome
Careerly provides an application and matching service, not a listing for a specific vacancy or a job offer. Careerly does not act as the employer for opportunities considered through this website.
The service does not guarantee matching, contact, an interview, an offer, income, employment, or any response time.
Opportunity terms vary and must be reviewed independently before an applicant accepts any opportunity.
3. Applicant responsibilities and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and lawful information, be at least 18 years old, communicate in English, and be legally permitted to work where you live. Individual opportunities may set additional requirements.
4. Acceptable use and third-party services
You must not submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access. Careerly may use Google services for records and WhatsApp for the user-initiated conversation handoff.
5. Availability, changes, and intellectual property
Careerly may change, suspend, or end the service where lawful. Site content remains the property of Careerly or its licensors and may be used only to access the service as intended.
6. Applicable law and your rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any mandatory local legal protections continue to apply where required.
